Victoria Kovacs, AICP, is a transportation planner with extensive experience in urban design and planning. Currently serving the City of Kirkland since December 2021, Victoria previously worked as an Associate and Urban Designer/Planner at VIA Architecture from August 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, roles included Senior Designer and various design positions at Alta Planning + Design from May 2013 to August 2019. Victoria's internship experience spans notable firms and organizations, including Architectural Building Inspection, Inc., David McDaniel Architects, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver. Academically, Victoria holds a Master of Architecture and Urban Design Certificate from the University of Washington, complemented by a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder, and completed an educational experience at the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Victoria participated in the Advocacy Leadership Institute through the Cascade Bicycle Club in 2013.
