Brenton Ward

Brenton Ward currently serves as Superintendent of Recreation for the City of Kirkwood, Missouri, leading a team of over 200 part-time and 10 full-time employees while managing a community center and aquatic facility with a $3 million budget. Previously, Brenton held positions as Athletics Program Manager and Recreation Sports Supervisor, making significant contributions to youth and adult sports programs and special events in both Kirkwood and Edwardsville, where efforts included revitalizing youth basketball and softball programs and developing a new sports park. Brenton's early career involved roles in program coordination and internships within recreational settings, supported by a Master's degree in Sport Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
