Russell Hawes, AICP, ICMA-CM is the Chief Administrative Officer at the City of Kirkwood, Missouri. Prior to this role, Hawes served as City Administrator at the City of Simpsonville, SC and the City of Chester, SC. Hawes holds a MRP, BA in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration from Lees-McRae College.
