Richard Frank

Richard Frank is a seasoned professional in the field of investigation and security, currently serving as a Criminal Investigator at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation since June 2022. With prior experience as a Financial Crime Investigator at the Florida Department of Financial Services' Division of Public Assistance Fraud and a Private Security and Protection role at Guardian Professional Security, Richard has developed a strong expertise in handling financial crimes and security matters. Additionally, experience as a Customer Service Manager at Mattress Marshals, Inc. and internship at the Montgomery County Public Defenders Office further showcases a diverse skill set in customer service and investigative work. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Broward College, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at the University of West Florida.
