Ashley Willis, PE has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Ashley started their career as a Project Engineer at South Eastern Engineers, where they primarily worked on site development plans for Nextel cell phone towers. From there, they joined Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. as a Project Engineer, where their responsibilities included roadway design, traffic control design, and engineering cost estimates. Ashley then worked at URS Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer, specializing in transportation engineering. After spending 7 years at URS, they moved on to The Balmoral Group as a Senior Roadway Engineer. Following their time at The Balmoral Group, Ashley joined Moffatt & Nichol as a Project Manager, focusing on transportation engineering and traffic control. Their most recent role prior to the present year was as the Assistant Director/City Engineer at the City of Kissimmee, where they played a key role in managing and overseeing engineering projects. Ashley Willis, PE has a strong education history in civil engineering. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a pre-engineering program at James H Faulkner State Community College from 1991 to 1994. Ashley completed their general studies at Fairhope High School, where they earned a diploma from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, Ashley has acquired a couple of certifications, including the Leadership Osceola Program - Class of 2017 from Community Vision and the Advanced Maintenance of Traffic certification.
