Austin Blake

Assistant City Manager at City of Kissimmee

Austin Blake joined the City of Kissimmee in 2006 as a Telecommunicator in the City’s 911 Center. Throughout his career with the Kissimmee Police Department, Blake served as a Training Officer, Shift Supervisor, and Manager of the Communications Division. In 2016, Blake joined the City Manager’s team and currently serves as the Assistant City Manager, where he oversees Human Resources & Risk Management, the Communications & Public Affairs Office, the City Clerk's Office, emergency management, and citywide security initiatives, and provides logistical and analytical support on special projects. Blake also oversees and manages the City's K-8 public charter school, Kissimmee Charter Academy. Blake attended Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Master of Science in Management.
