Jesse Elizondo

Jesse Elizondo currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Kyle, TX, starting January 2024. Previously, Jesse held various positions within the City of Burleson from October 2013 to December 2023, including Director of Administrative Services and Director of Customer Service, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service operations, implementing performance metrics, and managing municipal services. Alongside these roles, Jesse worked as Deputy City Secretary and Community Initiatives and Special Projects Manager, contributing to open government practices and managing community initiatives. Prior to Burleson, Jesse gained experience as Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Town of Pantego and as Executive Director for the Kennedale Chamber of Commerce. Jesse holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Communication Technology, both from the University of Texas at Arlington.
