Cesar Cruz

Cesar Cruz is an experienced Signal Traffic Technician with the City of La Quinta since December 2021, holding multiple certifications including licensed electrician, OSHA Certified, CPR Certified, First Aid Certified, and Lockout/Tagout Certified, and demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Manager at LA Fitness from June 2010 to September 2013. Cesar's educational background includes an Electrician License from Inter Coast College and InterCoast Colleges-Riverside, as well as an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rio Hondo College, complemented by a foundational education from Rosemead High School.
