Calvin B. Jones

Calvin B. Jones has extensive experience in public service and law enforcement, currently serving as City Alderman for the City of La Vergne since November 2014, where participation as the Ex Officio member of the board is a key responsibility. Additionally, Calvin B. Jones has been with the Department of Veterans Affairs since October 1990, holding a position in VA Administration. From January 2009 to November 2014, Calvin B. Jones was the Chairman of the City Planning Commission in LaVergne, TN. Early career experience includes serving as a State Trooper with the Tennessee Department of Safety from November 1992 to November 1996. Calvin B. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Tennessee State University, earned between 1993 and 1998, along with prior studies at the University of North Texas from 1983 to 1985.
