Pat Dowse

Pat Dowse currently serves as City Engineer for the City of La Vista since February 2019. Prior to this role, Pat Dowse held positions as Chief Deputy Engineer and Engineering Manager for Sarpy County from October 2011 to February 2019. Additionally, Pat Dowse worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Metropolitan Community College from July 2013 to February 2019, and as a Civil Engineer at HGM Associates from May 2006 to October 2011, with earlier experience as a Construction Observer at the same firm in 2005, a Co-Op Student at the City of Omaha in 2004, and as a Construction Engineering Technician at Terracon in 2002. Pat Dowse earned an MBA in Interdisciplinary Business from Bellevue University between 2007 and 2009 and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming, obtained from 2001 to 2006.
