John Swidecki P.e.

John Swidecki, P.E. serves as a Capital Project Engineer for the City of Lacey since September 2022. Prior to this role, John worked at the Washington State Department of Transportation from October 2019 to September 2022, progressing from Design Engineer to Design Team Leader – TE3, overseeing highway transportation projects and providing leadership to design staff. Previous experiences include a Design Engineer position at Sitts & Hill Engineers, Inc., a Naval Architect role at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF, and various educational experiences culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho.
