Damon Whitaker

Damon Whitaker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network administration and information technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator for the City of Lafayette, Colorado since September 2023, Damon previously held roles at Pike Corporation, where responsibilities included Firewall and WiFi Administration and Network Administration from March 2020 to September 2023. As Director of IT at River Valley Family Health Center from November 2016 to June 2019, Damon showcased leadership in technology strategies. Prior to these positions, Damon served in the United States Marine Corps from July 2008 to November 2016, fulfilling roles as an Information Systems Specialist. Educationally, Damon holds a BFA in Photography from the Academy of Arts University, completed between 2017 and 2019, and a high school diploma from Rock Hill High School.
