Fritz Sprague

Fritz Sprague is an experienced municipal administrator, currently serving as City Administrator for the City of Lafayette, Colorado since February 2019. Prior to this role, Fritz held the position of Deputy Town Manager for the Town of Castle Rock from September 1999 to February 2019, where responsibilities included oversight of a full-service municipality with a substantial annual budget. Previous roles include Deputy City Manager in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and Assistant to City Manager in Commerce City, Colorado. Fritz began a career in public administration as a Management Assistant in West Palm Beach, Florida. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Eastern Washington University.
