Kathy N.

Kathy N. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Services Manager and City Traffic Engineer for the City of Laguna Niguel, CA, since October 2019. Previously, Kathy held the position of Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Orange from July 2018 to October 2019 and worked at the City of Anaheim from October 2006 to June 2018 as an Associate Engineer and TMC Event Operator.
