Sarah Belcher

Sarah Belcher is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Lake Saint Louis since February 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as the Assistant to the City Administrator in Crestwood from April 2015 to February 2021 and gained legal experience as a Legal Assistant at the Missouri State Public Defender from September 2012 to April 2015. Sarah began their career in the public sector as an Agent Assistant at Realty Exchange between September 2010 and May 2012. Sarah holds a Master of Public Policy Administration (MPPA) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, obtained between 2017 and 2019, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy Administration from the same institution, earned from 2009 to 2012.
