Lori Erickson

Lori Erickson currently serves as a Public Works Analyst for the City of Lake Stevens, a position held since April 2023. Lori has an extensive background in leadership and process improvement, having been the Chief Executive Officer of Calliope Consulting, LLC from February 2017 to December 2023, and serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for ISM Western Washington from June 2022 to September 2023. Additionally, Lori has experience as a Lecturer at Central Washington University from March 2018 to June 2023 and worked as a Lean Transformation Specialist at the Washington State Health Care Authority from February 2016 to June 2017, where various process improvement projects were facilitated. Prior to these roles, Lori was a Process Improvement Consultant I at CHI Franciscan Health from September 2005 to January 2016. Academically, Lori holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Services Administration from Eastern Washington University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Central Washington University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Highline College.
