Chris Walsh is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Lakeland since November 2020, Chris has previously held roles including Customer Service Specialist at Qurate Retail Group, Human Resources Manager at Watson Clinic LLP, and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Nickelodeon Suites Resort. Chris’s career began at Universal Orlando Resort, where responsibilities included entertainment, guest services, and training over a 15-year period. A graduate of Webster University with a BA in Human Resource Management, Chris has developed competencies in HR management, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, and customer service, while promoting a culture of open communication and feedback in previous roles.
