Cindy Marsh is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in employment services and corporate benefits. Since July 2015, Cindy has served as the Human Resource Manager for Employment Services at the City of Lakeland. Prior to this role, Cindy held various positions at Saddle Creek Logistics Services, including Regional Human Resource Manager for Corporate Benefits and Employment and Recruitment Manager, from November 2010 to July 2015. Cindy's career in human resources began at The Home Depot, where Cindy worked as a Human Resource Manager from April 2001 to November 2010. Cindy holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an Associate's degree in Finance from Webber International University.
