Currently serving as Principal Consultant at EdHACK since 2016, Ed Hacker also holds the position of HR Manager - Engagement & Development for the City of Lakeland, a role held since 2009. Previous roles at the City of Lakeland include Manager of Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement, as well as Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement Manager. Additionally, Ed Hacker served as Board Chairperson for the Florida Benchmarking Consortium from 2010 to 2012 and was a Sterling Examiner for the Florida Sterling Council from 2002 to 2007.
