Ed Hacker is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and strategic planning. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at EdHACK since 2016, Ed Hacker also holds the position of HR Manager - Engagement & Development for the City of Lakeland, a role held since 2009. Previous roles at the City of Lakeland include Manager of Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement, as well as Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement Manager. Additionally, Ed Hacker served as Board Chairperson for the Florida Benchmarking Consortium from 2010 to 2012 and was a Sterling Examiner for the Florida Sterling Council from 2002 to 2007. Ed Hacker's academic credentials include a BA, MA, and EdS-abd in Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of South Florida, achieved between 1972 and 1993.
