Joyce Dias, PHR has extensive work experience in risk management, purchasing, and human resources. Joyce most recently worked as the Director of Risk Management & Purchasing at the City of Lakeland, starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Risk Manager at the same organization since December 2016. Before joining the City of Lakeland, Joyce worked at the City of Palm Bay, where they had various roles including HR Benefits Manager from February 2015 to December 2016, Risk Manager from February 2012 to February 2015, Human Resource Officer from January 2000 to February 2012, and Paymaster from February 1998 to January 2000.

Joyce Dias, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business & Human Resources from Barry University in 2005.
