Susan Gardner-Nyhof currently serves as an Oracle eBusiness Systems Analyst for the City of Lakeland since July 2016. Previously, Susan held the position of SAP Business Systems Analyst at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., focusing on SAP ECC 6.0 Financials implementation from May 2012 to July 2016. Earlier in career, Susan was Vice President of Global Functional Integration at Citigroup Business Services, overseeing the global implementation of Oracle R12 General Ledger from November 2004 to May 2012. Other notable roles include Financial Applications Consultant at Accenture and Oracle, where Susan contributed to configurations and implementations of financial applications. Susan holds an MBA in International Business from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
