Vidal Moreno has an extensive professional background in project management and programming, currently serving as a Senior Programmer at the City of Lakeland since October 2018 and a Student at Suncoast Developers Guild since August 2018. Prior experience includes a long tenure at The Walt Disney Company as a Project Manager, managing technical projects and storage migrations for IBM, and a role as Technical Release Manager at Citi overseeing testing environments for Consumer Bank. Vidal's career began at JPMorgan Chase, progressing to Vice President while managing production assurance and business continuity. Additional experience at Wang Laboratories as a Field Technician laid the groundwork for a solid expertise in technical roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee and multiple Associate degrees from Hillsborough Community College in Computer Programming and Computer Information Systems.
