Tina Goodroad

Tina Goodroad, AICP, currently serves as the Community Development Director for the City of Lakeville since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tina was the City Administrator and Development Director for the City of Dayton, MN, from June 2015 to June 2022, overseeing all city departments. Tina’s experience includes serving as the Director of Planning at Loucks Associates, where management of a multi-disciplinary planning practice and expansion of municipal clients occurred, and as a Project Manager at Stantec, handling complex planning projects across multiple states. Additional roles include Entitlement Manager at PulteGroup and Senior City Planner for the City of Burnsville, where Tina managed various planning initiatives and development reviews. Tina began the planning career as a City Planner in Columbia Heights after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from St. Cloud State University.
