Joseph Molis

Joseph C Molis currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Lakeway, a position held since November 2020, after previously holding the role of Assistant City Manager. Prior to this, Joseph C Molis worked for the City of Harker Heights from September 2010 to November 2020, where roles included Director of Planning and Development, Interim Director of Planning and Development, Senior Planner/GIS Manager, and GIS Coordinator/City Planner. Earlier career experience includes a position as GIS Analyst III at Burgess & Niple, following the role of GIS Analyst at GSWW, Inc. before its acquisition by Burgess & Niple. Additional roles include Project Manager at Anderson Consulting, LLC, and Engineering Technician at the City of Austin. Joseph C Molis holds a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in GIS from the same institution.
