John Storey has a diverse work experience. John most recently worked as the Chief of Staff for the City of Lakewood, Ohio starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they were Of Counsel at the law firm Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis since May 2019. From April 2019 to July 2020, John served as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Sandusky. John began their career as an Attorney at Cowden & Humphrey Co. LPA in May 2004, where they worked until April 2019.
John Storey received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from The College of Wooster, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. John then pursued further education at Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where they obtained a Master's in Urban Planning and Development (MUPDD) as well as a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. This occurred between 2001 and 2005, with a focus on Law and Urban Planning.
