Kevin Flanagan

Kevin Flanagan is a Public Works Engineer with the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, since November 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Construction Inspector III at VE Engineering, where Kevin inspected major steel truss bridge rehabilitations and roadway replacements. Earlier roles include an Engineering Intern at Wilson Consulting Group, PC, focusing on bridge inspection reports and AutoCAD projects, as well as internships at Penndot, where Kevin was involved in the inspection of construction projects. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh, attained in 2009.
