Trolis Niebla

Trolis Niebla is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in municipal engineering. Currently serving as City Engineer for the City of Lancaster since August 2016, Trolis manages the Traffic Division, Building and Safety Division, and Planning Division. Prior to this role, Trolis worked as a Senior Engineer, overseeing Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects within the same city. From February 2005 to August 2016, Trolis held the position of Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Santa Clarita. Trolis holds a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from UCLA, earned from 1997 to 2001.
