Tom Legler

Tom Legler is an accomplished fire service professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Division Chief - Fire Marshal for the City of Lewisville since April 2022, Tom previously held positions as Assistant Chief - Fire Marshal and Battalion Chief - Fire Marshal for the City of Victoria, Texas from September 2011 to April 2022. Tom's career began in the City of Mansfield, Texas Municipal Government as Assistant Fire Marshal/Emergency Management Coordinator from April 2001 to September 2011. Additionally, Tom worked as EMT Supervisor/Lifeguard Instructor at Hawaiian Falls Waterparks from May 2008 to August 2011, and as a North American Systems/Technical Support specialist at Chemguard from May 2000 to March 2001. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Fire and Emergency Management Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology, both earned from Oklahoma State University.
