Johnnie Taylor

Johnnie Taylor is currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Lexington. Prior to this position, Johnnie has held various roles in municipal government and waste management organizations, including Assistant City Manager for the City of Winston-Salem and Director of Operations. With a strong background in engineering, computer science, and biblical studies, Johnnie brings a diverse skill set to the table. Johnnie is also a Level 3 certified instructor at The Solid Waste Association of North America, specializing in Managing Integrated Systems and Collections.
