Lynn Koehn

Lynn Koehn has extensive legal experience, currently serving as City Attorney for the City of Liberal since February 2018 and as County Attorney for Haskell since January 2009. In addition, Lynn Koehn is the Owner and Attorney at The Koehn Law Firm, LLC, established in August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Fort Hays State University and a Doctor of Law from The University of South Dakota School of Law.
