Andrew Bellini

Andrew Bellini currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise IT Operations at the City of Livermore since April 2024. Prior roles include Team Manager of IT Solutions at ECS, where Andrew focused on enhancing service performance and establishing strategic IT partnerships, and Systems & Network Technologist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, responsible for security patching and compliance monitoring. Andrew's experience also includes a position as Information Enterprise System Technician at Sandia National Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed managing distributed computing systems. Early career roles featured support and deployment tasks at Belcan and MILESTONE, as well as an internship at Gilead Sciences. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Las Positas College.
