Josh Thurman

Josh Thurman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and program management. Currently serving as the Human Services Program Manager for the City of Livermore since February 2020, Josh previously worked as a Management Analyst in the same city. Prior to that, Josh held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for Alameda County Supervisor Scott Haggerty from November 2001 to February 2020. Josh's early career includes a role as a California State Assemblymember for Ellen Corbett from September 1999 to October 2001. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from California State University-Hayward between 1998 and 2000.
