Dusty Rigsby

Dusty Rigsby has extensive experience in both government and healthcare. Since July 2006, Dusty Rigsby has served as a City Council Member and Mayor for the City of Loma Linda. Concurrently, Dusty Rigsby holds the positions of Vice President for Transitional Care and Executive Director for Home Care Services at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dusty Rigsby’s academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Loma Linda University (1983-1987), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from La Sierra University (2001-2004), and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Andrews University (1979-1983).
