Phill Dupper

Phill Dupper has extensive experience in law enforcement and public service. Currently serving as an Instructor and Course Facilitator for both the California POST and California State University, Long Beach, Dupper has been involved in the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Program since September 2016. Dupper holds the position of Mayor and has been an elected city council member for the City of Loma Linda since June 2010, actively participating in various boards and committees. Additionally, Dupper has been a Sheriff's Lieutenant with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department since September 1996, with responsibilities including management of patrol, investigations, corrections, communications, and IT.
