Jason Eaton

Jason Eaton, PHEc., is an experienced cooking instructor with a diverse background in culinary education and management. Currently instructing cooking classes for the City of London since April 2015, Jason has also held executive roles within the Ontario Home Economics Association, contributing as Board Chair and Vice President of Social Media. Previous positions include Facilities Manager at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, Spectrum Instructor at YMCA of Western Ontario, Head Chef at Market Quality Preserves, and roles in various culinary capacities, emphasizing skill development for youth and community engagement. A graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Family Studies, Jason is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through education in nutrition, food preparation, and family resources.
