Vivien Phung

Vivien Phung is an accomplished chef and entrepreneur with a diverse culinary background, serving as the Founder and Chef of EatWellBeWellBox / The M(Art) since March 2020, where support is provided to LA artists at The Brewery Artist Lofts. Alongside this venture, Vivien has been a Cooking Instructor at the Los Angeles Public Library since 2017, facilitating food demonstrations that celebrate cultural diversity through recipes. Additionally, as the Chef and Founder of District5KitchenLA since January 2014, Vivien focuses on catering and personal chef services using locally sourced, organic ingredients. Other roles include Shabbat Chef at USC Hillel and various positions in culinary instruction and kitchen management at Hipcooks, Sexy Lunch Club, and KaleCart, showcasing expertise in healthy cooking and meal development. Prior experience includes leadership as President and Head Designer of Cut Cute Couture and roles in kitchen preparation at Maison Akira and Pok Pok.
