Sue McDougall-Miller

Sue McDougall-Miller has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, having held prominent positions since the early 1990s. Most recently, McDougall-Miller served as the Manager in Human Resources, Total Rewards for the City of London, Canada, until retirement in April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as participating in labor negotiations. Previous roles include CEO of the McDougall Miller Group, Manager of Employee/Labour Relations at Fanshawe College, and Manager of Human Resources at the Community Care Access Centre of London and Middlesex. McDougall-Miller's background also includes experience as a Human Resources Consulting Partner at TD and a Specialist in Human Resources Labour Relations with the Simcoe County District School Board. McDougall-Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics with a focus on Labour Relations from York University.
