Alison Amini-Pearce has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alison currently holds the position of Principal Lawyer at the City of London Corporation since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bird & Bird as a Real Estate Senior Associate from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Real Estate Associate at Wright Hassall LLP, where they handled commercial site acquisitions, set-ups, and disposals, as well as education site disposals and relocations. Before that, Alison worked as a Commercial Property Solicitor at Teacher Stern LLP in 2015, advising on property acquisitions, estate management, and restructuring deals. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Commercial Property Solicitor at Stone King LLP. Alison also gained experience as a Commercial and Residential Property Paralegal at Ashworths LLP in 2011. Furthermore, they have worked for the Department for International Development (DFID) as a Senior Executive Assistant and for the Rural Payments Agency as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
Alison Amini-Pearce attended The Abbey School in Reading from 1990 to 2003. Alison then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature at the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2007. Alison furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Law (Previously College of Law) between 2008 and 2011.
