Olivia Larkin

Olivia Larkin serves as the Head of Skills and Workforce Policy at the City of London Corporation, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on socio-economic diversity and bridging green skills gaps in the built environment. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Policy and Programme Manager, Chief of Staff at the office of Sir Tim Berners-Lee, and Director of Social Impact at Impakt, contributing to various social change initiatives and stakeholder management. Olivia co-founded 20:40, a non-profit organization aimed at preparing future leaders for societal advancement, and has also held project management roles at HireUp Youth and the Clinton Foundation. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from the University of King's College and participated in an Intensive Spanish Immersion Program at Universidad de Salamanca.
