Claire Flinter

Claire Flinter is an accomplished professional in the field of performance analysis, currently serving as the Head of Business Information at the City of London Police since January 2017. In this senior management role, Claire is responsible for the development and management of the Performance Portfolio, as well as the extraction, analysis, and creation of analytical products that facilitate informed decision-making. Prior to this, Claire held positions as the Acting Head of Performance and Analysis and Performance Analysis Manager, and worked at the London Borough of Havering as a Housing Strategy Policy and Research Officer. Claire’s career began at Gloucestershire Constabulary, where roles included Continuous Improvement Officer and Intelligence Analyst. Claire holds a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, both from the University of Gloucestershire.
