Kerry Giovanniello, Esq. serves as the Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Long Beach, New York since May 2016, with previous roles including Lifeguard and Legal Intern in the Corporate Counsel's office. In addition, Kerry has been a Swim Coach at Long Island Swim School since October 2022, specializing in competitive swimming techniques for children aged 8 to 18. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Staff Attorney at Nassau Suffolk Law Services, Law Assistant at the Nassau County District Attorney, and Judicial Intern at Nassau County Supreme Court. Additionally, Kerry has coaching experience with NC Splash Masters Swimming and was a Student Athlete at the University at Buffalo. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Public Law Concentration from the University at Buffalo.
