Angela Foster

Angela Foster has extensive legal experience, currently serving at the City of Newark since October 2006 in various roles, including Assistant Corporation Counsel, First Assistant Corporation Counsel, and Chief of Staff. Prior to this, Angela held the position of Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of Attorney General from 2004 to 2006 and worked as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1994 to 1996. Angela began a legal career as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP from 1990 to 1994. Angela holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University.
