Carl Vos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grants and contracts management and administrative support across various governmental organizations. Currently serving as a Grants and Contracts Management Officer and Special Projects Officer for the City of Long Beach since November 2016, Carl Vos has previously held roles such as Senior Administrative Analyst for Howard County Government, where responsibilities included managing capital budgets and oversight of capital project contracts. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Management Analyst and Acting Assistant to the City Manager in the City of La Habra Heights, where significant projects included the implementation of a solid waste contract and modernization of administrative systems. Carl Vos holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in History from Williams College.
