Colin Averill, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering with a focus on coastal zone infrastructure and water quality. Colin currently holds the position of Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Long Beach, where Colin manages projects such as the Long Beach Municipal Urban Stormwater (LB-MUST) Project. Previously, Colin worked at Moffatt & Nichol as a Civil/Coastal Engineer and Staff Engineer. Colin graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 2012.
