Daniel Ramirez is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Capital Projects Coordinator III for the City of Long Beach's Department of Public Works since April 2020. In this role, Daniel oversees the plan check review and approval of various utility projects, including gas, oil, and hydrogen pipeline installations and telecommunications facilities. Prior to this position, Daniel held various roles at Shawmut Design and Construction, including Project Manager for a luxury home development aimed at LEED Silver Certification, and served as Assistant Project Manager at Winters-Schram Associates, focusing on high-end residential construction projects.
