Kathryn Golden

Kathryn Golden, CPMSM, CFM, serves as the Storm Water Manager for the City of Lorain's Engineering Department since September 2013, overseeing the development, implementation, and enforcement of the City's Phase II National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System MS4 permit program, along with managing over $40M in environmental restoration projects. Prior experience includes roles as the Water Quality Program Manager at Bramhall Engineering and Surveying Company, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed storm water assistance and permit management, and as a Water Quality Planner for Clark County/Clark County Water Reclamation District, focusing on developing the county's Storm Water Program. Additional roles include Watershed Coordinator for Lorain County Government and Transportation Planner I for the Clark County Springfield Transportation Coordinating Committee. Kathryn Golden holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, and Environmental Science from Miami University.
