Justin Pierce

Justin Pierce serves as the Emergency Management Director for Los Angeles World Airports, focusing on the integration of intelligence and emergency management in the aviation sector since September 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles within the Government of the District of Columbia, encompassing Deputy Chief of the Homeland Security and Preparedness Division and Fusion Center Executive Director. Justin has also held key positions at Tetra Tech EM Inc. and Arlington County, with a strong emphasis on crisis management, emergency preparedness, and policy implementation.
