Anthony Forestiere

Anthony Forestiere is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Financial Services Manager for the City of Madera since March 2020, Anthony supervises a team of CPA’s and accounting staff, collaborating with external auditors on various financial audits. Prior roles include Controller at Madera Irrigation District, where Anthony oversaw financial audits and coached a finance team, and CPA, where Anthony engaged in real estate transactions and property management. Additionally, Anthony was the University Controller at Fresno State, managing a staff of 30 and overseeing multiple financial departments. Earlier in their career, Anthony served as VP/CFO at Spencer Enterprises, focusing on cost accounting and variance analysis for real estate developments. Anthony holds a Master of Accounting in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSU Fresno.
