Joseph Carrello

Joseph Carrello has extensive experience in digital communication and media production, currently serving as a Communications Specialist for the City of Madera since February 2011. In this role, Joseph oversees the City’s digital communication program, including website management, social media operations, video production, and graphic design. Joseph also coordinates marketing and publicity activities across various city departments. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Program Leader II for the Parks Department, where responsibilities included maintaining social media presence, producing promotional materials, and managing marketing strategies. Joseph began their career as an Assistant Audio Engineer at Universal Sports Network, focusing on audio equipment management. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Reedley College and a Master of Recording in Audiovisual Communications Technologies from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.
