Christian Albouras

Christian Albouras, MBA, serves as the Deputy Administrator (Chief Operations Officer) for the Division of Early Care and Education at the State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families since March 2019, while also being an Alderperson for the 20th Aldermanic District in the City of Madison, WI, since April 2019. Prior to these roles, Christian was the Executive Director at the Department of Safety and Professional Services, Division of Policy Development, and a Business Development Specialist at Summit Credit Union. Additional experience includes serving as an Education Consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and holding various positions at WJTI Radio and the Arizona League of United Latin American Citizens, focusing on community relations, program development, and advocacy. Christian holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
